Our girls are all either qualified beauticians, massage therapists, nail technicians, or practice alternative therapy. We have a mixture of both young and more mature therapists, making our Salon a better mix of youth, experience, and ongoing new and changing and challenging therapies. So improving all of our Therapeutic and alternative Therapy ideals.

ARRIVAL - Please arrive 10 min prior to your appointment. As a client form may need to be filled out. Late arrival may mean reduced treatment time.
BOOKINGS - We recommend booking in advance. For packages credit card details may need to be taken. If you have a voucher please inform the therapist when booking.
CANCELLATIONS
- Cancellation Policy
Reservations for treatments for more than one hour will be held by a credit card number or gift voucher number. As a courtesy to our many guests and limited availability, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling of treatments. Any cancellations after the required time, or any failure to attend an appointment, will result in your credit card being charged 50% of the treatment value booked, or your gift voucher being fully redeemed.
GIFT VOUCHERS - Gift vouchers can be used any day after purchase. Please note gift vouchers are valid for six months only! If failure to show to your appointment your voucher will be voided, unless contacted. If pregnant or suffer a medical condition or illness at the time please contact cloud 9 to inform us.
CONTRA - INDICATIONS: If a client has any reason the therapist feels not to treat a doctors note may have to be provided due to medical injuries etc.
